DME Healthcare Partners, founded in 2017, by George Charalambous and Luis Patt; two friends who shared a vision for making a positive impact on the standard of patient care in the medical supply industry. With over 25+ years of industry expertise, they understood many of the challenges and difficulties that both healthcare providers and patients face when it comes to needing home medical equipment and supplies. DME Healthcare Partners was built on a desire to be part of the solution to these issues and a commitment to enrich the quality of lives of the individuals and communities they serve by delivering quality products and exceptional service every step of the way.

Then there’s navigating the complexities of the healthcare system, understanding insurance benefits and upfront cost (if any), locating in-network providers, or even a reliable provider who can deliver supplies on a consistent basis. At the end of the day, the entire process can be time consuming and frustrating.

While we are proud to deliver exceptional service and high-quality products from top manufactures, we also know it’s not enough. Patient medical needs vary which means attention to detail and personalized care is a must from start to finish.

We work in partnership with healthcare providers and patients to ensure orders are processed in an efficient and timely manner. We offer live support. When calling our office, you will always speak to a member of our team not an automated service. We use the most up to date systems and technology to streamline orders and yet continuously maintain an easy process for both providers and patients.
Our compliance team works directly with insurance companies to verify benefits to ensure patients receive the full benefit they are entitled to. We provide order status updates and coordinate details for delivery. At the time of discharge or in the case of home delivery, our certified technicians work with patients to ensure proper fitting and safe use of equipment. Our commitment to quality and patient care doesn’t end at the time of delivery. We provide follow up care and service for medical equipment we provide.
